Ohio’s largest Civil War reenactment comes to Historic Zoar Village on September 16, from 10 to 5, and September 17, from 10 to 4. Civil War reenactors will portray soldiers in a recreation of the Battle of Chickamaugu. The battle will take place on both Saturday and Sunday, as well as an artillery night fire, a historical ball and food from the Anvil Tavern. All museums will be open. Cost is $12 for adults and children age 12 and under are free. Admission includes entry in to all museums and reenactment activities. Parking is free.
