Civil War Round Table
The event
The Tuscarawas Valley Civil War Round Table will meet on Thursday, April 13th at 6:30pm at the Dover Library. The featured presenter will present a living history portrayal of Edwin M. Stanton, Lincoln’s legendary Secretary of War during the Civil War. Stevenson will share the story of how Stanton came from poverty in Eastern Ohio to running the country after the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln.
