Civil War Round Table meeting
The event
The Tuscarawas Valley Civil War Round Table will meet on Thursday, March 14th at 6:30pm at the Dover Public Library. The featured presenter will be Debbie Weinkamer, who will present a first-person portrayal of Lucretia Rudolph Garfield in a program entitled, “Civil War Life on the Homefront.” The program is free and open to all.
