Digital Artist’s Work to be Featured at Dover Public Library in August.

The Dover Public library invites the public to view the work of artist Deb Penland, our featured artist for the month of August. Combining digital elements with still photography Ms. Penland has created unique works of art that are whimsical and full of strange beauty with some of the pieces using images taken here at Dover Public Library.  “I love to tell stories with my art,” says Penland, “I also strive to continue growing as an artist by learning new techniques and incorporating them into my art.” The public is reminded that if they or someone you know has art they’d like to share with the community to contact the library.
