Dover Public Library Crafting Club offers Free Hats for the Holidays

The event

Dover Pubic Library’s Prattle and Purl has made and donated over one one hundred hats to be placed on a new Hat Tree in the library. Hats are available now, free of charge to anyone who needs one. The hats are handmade and come in a variety of colors and sizes. It is suggested that hats be washed before wearing. The Hat Tree will stay up through the holiday season while supplies last.
