Gather Your Gratitude – Email wellness challenge

Join Ohio State University Extension for the Gather Your Gratitude 6-week challenge. The email challenge connects participants with tips, research, and resources to share the ways gratitude can improve your health. Visit the website: Go.Osu.Edu/LHLWTUSC and answer a few brief questions to get registered. Participants will receive one email per week through December 11th. The Challenge will challenge you to explore a variety of ways you can celebrate gratitude in your own life and encourage it with others. The program is FREE.
