Gnadenhutten Homecoming – 250 years

The event

This year Gnadenhutten is recognizing its 250th year as the Oldest Existing Settlement in Ohio!! Join the celebration this weekend at their Homecoming event on the Square. It begins on Friday, October 7th, from 4 to 8pm, with Food Truck Friday. On Saturday, October 8th, the Farmer’s Market opens at 8am. Activities, food and games will open around 11am. There will be live music throughout the day and a car show from 1 to 4pm. The auction begins at 5:30 and features 250th Celebration items. Apple Butter hand made and cooked over an open fire will be available Saturday until it sells out. Saturday ends with fireworks from the top of Stocker’s Hill at 9pm. There will be a luncheon at the church located near the museum at noon on Sunday, October 9th with the Commemoration of Gnadenhutten ending the Homecoming event at 12:30pm.
