Gnadenhutten Public Library Block Party

The event

The Gnadenhutten Library will host their annual Book Month Block Party on Thursday, October 20th, from 5 to 7pm. The outdoor event is free to the public and includes hotdogs roasted over an open fire, s’mores, beverages, snacks and games with prizes. Those attending are asked to bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. This year’s event will serve as a fundraiser for the renovation of the main floor scheduled to begin in November and will feature professional storyteller, Jim Kleefeld. Jim will present “Ohio Spirits” at 6pm. The hour-long program will not only feature stories about Ohio ghosts, but also include “artifacts” from Ohio hauntings. The program is suitable for all ages and will include audience participation.
