Hemoglobin A1C Screening at Dover Library

The event

Management of blood sugar is key in reducing the health complications of diabetes. Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital staff will be at the Dover Library on Friday, November 11th from 9 to 11am to offer a finger stick non-fasting screening test. The cost is $5 and appointments are required.
