Hemoglobin A1C Screening – Bolivar

The event

The Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital is hosting another Hemoglobin A1C Screening on Wednesday, May 25th from 10am to noon at the Bolivar Library. Cost is $5. This fingerstick screening test measures your average blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months. It is a non-fasting test. To make an appointment call 330-602-0779.
