Just Look Up…..a program on youth mental wellness – Dover High School

The event

Come to the Dover High School on Tuesday, March 8th for a very special program. Joe Beckman, author of the book, Just Look Up, 5 Life Saving Phrases Every Human Needs To Hear, will be discussing the importance of mental health, resiliency and how we can help our kids navigate a pandemic. A health fair begins the evening at 6pm with light refreshments. The speaker will begin at 7pm.
