Learn how to BREW BETTER COFFEE at Dover Library
The event
Dave Hart, owner of three coffee shops, will give a brief overview of the specialty coffee industry at the Dover Public Library on Wednesday, November 19 at 6:30 PM. After providing helpful tips for selecting and storing coffee beans at home, Hart will demonstrate various pour-over coffee techniques. Coffee samples will be available at the conclusion of the demonstration.
Dave Hart is a Tuscarawas County native and a lifelong veteran of the food and beverage industry with a degree in culinary arts earned from the Oregon Culinary Institute. Dave is the owner of three coffee shops in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area.
