Nutrition program at Dover Library

The event

Local health expert Mike Warther will share the latest information on nutrition and dietary research at 2pm on Saturday, October 1. He will tell us how to boost our immunity for the upcoming cold and flu season. The discussion may extend to weight loss and aging. Bring your questions!
