Only 1,979 Tickets to be Sold for Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon Raffle

CLEVELAND, OH—Bourbon connoisseurs have a chance to get their hands on a coveted six-bottle Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon collection while supporting a great cause. Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Northeast Ohio (RMHC NEO) is launching its first-ever raffle of the rare bourbon collection. Beginning at 8 am on February 1, 2023, supporters ages 21 years and older can purchase raffle tickets for $100 each on the organization’s website, www.RMHCneo.org/Pappy-Van-Winkle-Raffle. There is no limit to the number of tickets per purchaser, but only 1,979 tickets will be sold (in honor of the year the first RMHC Northeast Ohio program was founded). Ticket sales will end on March 31, 2023 or when sold out.*

Pappy Van Winkle is known as the crown jewel among rare whiskeys—the highly coveted, limited production American whiskey is one of the most expensive on the market and is nearly impossible to find. One lucky ticket holder will win the entire six-bottle collection:

  • Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year
  • Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 Year
  • Van Winkle Family Reserve Rye 13 Year
  • Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve 15 Year
  • Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve 20 Year
  • Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve 23 Year

“We anticipate raffle tickets will sell out quickly since Northeast Ohio has such a thriving bourbon enthusiast community,” said Katie Spring, Director of Events and Strategic Partnerships for RMHC NEO. Chief Executive Officer Craig Wilson adds “Supporters of our mission will also be quick to snatch up the tickets. We are serving growing numbers of families of ill or injured children in our programs. With costs rising for families, our services are even more critical. Every fundraiser and gift is important to keeping families together and supported.”

RMHC NEO is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that reduces barriers to quality health care by providing families of sick children a comfortable place to stay at no cost, along with access to resources and supportive services.
