Program about the Carter Family (music) at Dover Library

The event

The Dover Public Library welcomes Steve Ball and his wife Lisa on Thursday, April 7th at 6:30pm. This husband and wife duo will tell the story of the origin of the trio from southern Virginia who became known as the Carter Family. They will sing songs that made the Carter family a part of the “Big Bang” of country music in the 1920’s and throughout the path of their career.
