Program on 1889 Johnstown Flood

The event

The Main Library of the Tuscarawas County Public Library System will host local resident Fred Wyman on Thursday, January 26th, at 6:30pm. Wyman will share his research on the 1889 Johnstown Flood that completely destroyed four square miles of Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
