Program on Johnstown Flood at the Dover Library

The event

Local storyteller and author Cristie Merce will present a program about the Johnston Flood on Monday, September 19th at 6:30 pm in the Community Room of the Dover Public Library. Merce will share the story of how her great-grandmother survived the flood of 1889.
