Program on New Philadelphia Housing Plan
The event
Matt and Audra Karam will be at the Dover Public Library at 6:30 PM on Thursday, May 7 to explain what the New Philadelphia Housing Plan is, how it works and who may qualify to purchase a home. During this free, educational information session, the Karams will outline steps potential homeowners can take to prepare for purchasing a home. The goal of the program is to empower community members with clear, accessible information—no sales, just education and resources.
