Programs on Bolivar’s Bicentennial
The event
The Bolivar Branch of the Tuscarawas County Public Library System will present a two-part series on the Bolivar’s Bicentennial.
The series will have attendees reminiscing about days gone by, appreciating the local heritage unique to the Village of Bolivar, and, perhaps, pondering the possibilities Bolivar’s future. The series is sponsored by the Bolivar Main Street Association and presented in partnership with local organizations and longtime county residents.
- Monday, January 27th at 6:00 PM
- Seth Angel will present a visually engaging presentation on the rich history of Bolivar’s pioneer life featuring period attire that brings events to life.
- Monday, March 31st at 6:00 PM
- Dale Duerr will present the captivating history of the Village of Bolivar to the present day highlighting key events and figures that have shaped the community.
