Scrap Fabric Challenge

The Main Library of the Tuscarawas County Public Library System is seeking area artists to participate in its 2nd Scrap Fabric Challenge. Participants can stop by the Main Library starting February 16th to pick up their mystery bag. Mystery bags are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  community members will vote for their favorite piece between March 16th-27th, with winners being announced on March 30th.
