Spring Homeschool Day in Zoar
The event
On Friday, April 22nd from 9am to 2pm, homeschool students are invited to take a walk back in time as they experience what life was like back in the 1800s in Zoar. They will learn how the Zoar Separatists prepared for Spring through hands-on activities that include a bread relay, butter churning, planting seeds, and tin smithing. Visitors will have the opportunity to stop by the blacksmith, the dairy, the laundry, and many other buildings to learn more about the history of Zoar. Reservations are requested.
