Sustainable Living Faire at Main Library

/ September 12, 2025

The event

Do you have a passion for sustainable living and would like to share your experience in homesteading, solar energy, gardening, pollinators, recycling, farming, or more? The Tuscarawas County Public Library System is hosting its 3rd Annual Sustainable Living Faire at its Main Library & Operations Center on February 28th, 2026, from 10:00AM – 3:00PM.
“I am looking forward to hearing from new presenters on new topics so the Sustainable Living Faire will feel fresh,” says Cara Randall, Support Services Manager. “While the event is months away, the planning committee is accepting participant forms from those interested showcasing their skills or business at the event.”
If you are interested in showcasing your sustainability skills or hobbies, please contact the library 330-364-4474 ext. 221 or email tcplevents@tusclibrary.org to receive a participant form to complete and return by Friday, September 12th, 2025. Committee members will review the forms submitted and reach out to confirm acceptance by Monday, October 6th, 2025.
The Sustainable Living Faire has featured a variety of programs and vendors ranging from curing meat, goat milk soap, herbs, gardening, pollinators, timber, and so much more. The event offers participants a free opportunity to showcase their business or topic at vendor table and/or to present a 30-min breakout class or demonstration.
“Our Sustainable Living Faire has been a customer favorite since its debut in 2024, so we are excited to offer this program for attendees of all interest levels in sustainability,” says Library Director Michelle McMorrow Ramsell. “The event is the perfect opportunity for community members to share their skills with the public.”
The Main Library & Operations Center is located at 121 Fair Ave NW New Philadelphia, OH 44663.
