The Tuscarawas County Public Library System is hosting its annual Summer Reading Program from June 9th – August 2nd featuring reading incentives, fun programs, and a variety of kids camps at the Library’s five locations. Summer Reading logging takes place on the reading tracker app, Beanstack, and begins May 31st. You can sign up for Beanstack at tusclibrary.org or receive a paper copy from the Library.
Children, teens, and adults can read for 20 hours with each hour serving as a ticket into the grand prize drawings. For adults, the grand prize options include two tickets to a show at the Kent State University Performing Arts Center or a Deluxe Art Painting Set. For teens, the grand prize options include a Nintendo Switch Lite or an 11inch pottery wheel and clay. For children, the grand prize options include a science kit and jumbo floor puzzle or an art easel with art supplies. In addition to the grand prize drawings, anyone attending a library program will earn an entry into a monthly basket drawing each time they attend a program.
