Travel programs at Main Library

The Tuscarawas County Public Library System is offer two travel programs in February at the Main Library & Operations Center, located at 121 Fair Ave. NW in New Philadelphia.

Attendees can learn about local resident David Kenney’s travels to Egypt on Monday, February 23rd at 6:00 PM. Kenney will discuss A Night at the Egyptian Museum of Cairo, sharing some of their unique displays.

Attendees can travel to Ireland with the Mears Family on Thursday, February 26th at 6:00 PM. Glenn Mears will share their road trip through picturesque Ireland, navigating roundabouts and driving on the opposite side of the road.

“Travel programs are a great way to explore the world in the comfort of your neighborhood or get tips from expert travelers for your own destination,” said Library Director Michelle McMorrow Ramsell. “Glenn’s travel programs have become a favorite and we are eager to hear David’s world knowledge at his upcoming programs.”
