Tusc. Valley Civil War Roundtable-Quantrill

The Tuscarawas Valley Civil War Roundtable will meet on Thursday, October 12th, at 6:30pm, at the Dover Library. The featured speaker will be Dr. Joseph Beilein, distinguished scholar on Dover native and Confederate guerilla William Clarke Quantrill. Beilein will discuss his new book: A Man by Any Other Name. Using new documents and old documents examined in new ways, A Man by Any Other Name paints the most authentic portrait of Quantrill yet rendered. A book signing will follow.
