Tuscarawas County Community Green Dot will be hosting Sophia Fifner for a program on “Bystander Intervention: Positive Action for Our Communities” on Thursday, November 3rd from 3-4pm. You can attend in person at the Tuscarawas County Board of Developmental Disabilities in New Philadelphia, or online at the Tuscarawas Community Green Dot Facebook page.
