WALKING TOUR PROGRAM at Dover Library
The event
Local History Librarian Kim Jurkovic will introduce a brochure called “Walking Tour of Dover, Ohio” at a presentation in the Community Room of the Dover Public Library on Monday, May 13 at 6:30 PM. “Walking Tour“ is a self guided tour through the city of Dover, following a map and numbered locations.
At the presentation, Jurkovic will introduce each of the 28 places in the brochure and give the history and reasons she included them in the walking tour. Those attending the program will receive the” Walking Tour” brochure, and the brochures will be available at the Dover Public Library following the program. The brochure itself has limited information on each of the interesting and historic stops along the route, but it also includes a QR code for more detailed information on each place.
