High school volleyball district all-stars
New Philadelphia’s Susan Riesen is the District 5 Division I/II Coach of the Year.
The District 5 High School Volleyball Coaches Association has picked its all-stars and season award winners.
The Division I/II district Coach of the Year is New Philadelphia’s Susan Riesen. The Players of the Year are Kayla Dulgar of River View and Cari Bahmer of Coshocton.
In Division III, Garaway’s Morgan Schlabach is the Player of the Year and Sandy Valley’s Brad Shupe is the Coach of the Year.
In Division IV, TCC’s Kristen Trivoli is the Coach of the Year. The Player of the Year is Hannah Dobbs of Toronto.
The District 5 Volleyball Coaches Association/McDonald’s All-Star Match will be Nov. 13 at 6 p.m. at Tuscarawas Central Catholic.
