Tickets still available for Dover’s Parktoberfest fundraiser
DOVER (WJER) (Sept. 29, 2025) – The Dover Community Parks Foundation is making some adjustments with its Parktoberfest event this time around.
Board member Pam Dummermuth says it’s been moved from Dover City Park to Hoodletown Brewing and it’s Saturday, October 11th from 4 to 7 p.m. She says it’ll still include the same traditional German food, music, and games, but now with more drink options for all ages.
Dummermuth says they need to report ticket sales by the end of this week. They are $20 and can be purchased at McDonald Niklaus gifts, at the Dover Parks and Rec office, or from any board member.
Dummermuth says this will help raise funds as her group works to improve the city park trail between the pool road and the amphitheater, which will be the site for ‘Trick-Or-Treat on the Trail’ on October 26th.
