Uhrichsville awarded Small Cities grant for road improvements
UHRICHSVILLE (WJER) (Aug. 18, 2025) – The city of Uhrichsville is moving forward with plans to revitalize the Jaycee Road and Trenton Avenue area.
Mayor Jim Zucal told council that the city is getting a more than $1.5-million grant through ODOT’s Small City program.
He says the project includes pavement repairs, asphalt overlay, new curbs and sidewalks, improved drainage, striping, and signage.
The ODOT program awarded $12.7 million in all this round to eight cities with populations under 25,000.
