Bolivar Library’s Fall Festival
The event
Fall is in the air at the Tuscarawas County Public Library System and the County Library System will host Fall Festivals throughout the month of October. The Bolivar Fall Festival will be held on Tuesday, October 25th, from 5:30 to 7:30pm, at the Bolivar Library. Enjoy games, snacks, and crafts throughout the library. Costumes welcome!
