Dover library hosts poets and writers

The Dover Public Library offers a place for poets and writers to get together to share their work and hone their craft. The Poets’ Quill meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 2pm. Members of the Writers Critique Group meet on the third Thursday of each month. During the month of June, the two groups happen to meet during the same week, Poets on Wednesday, June 14 and the Writers on Thursday, June 15. The goal of both groups is to support and encourage each other in their creative efforts. Participants who bring a short story, poem or sample of one’s current project will have a chance to share their work and receive critique from fellow writers if they desire that. Members of the public are invited to attend either or both programs. No registration necessary.
