Marlin & Lisa Miller will be at the Dover Public Library on Monday, October 16th to speak about their “Plain Values family.” They will introduce us to their magazine Plain Values. The Millers will tell how they grew their family by adopting four children with special needs and the Room to Bloom foundation that they founded, which promotes the beauty of adoption and ascribes dignity to people with Down syndrome or other special needs.
