FIT FOR LIFE at Dover Public Library

Register now for FIT FOR LIFE with Dr. Timothy McKnight. The goal of this innovative 12-week program is to educate, motivate and inspire people to make the lifestyle changes necessary to achieve overall wellness and lead happier, healthier, and more productive lives. Dr. McKnight will conduct the 60-minute classes every Tuesday evening from 5:30 to 6:30pm, in the community room at the Dover Public Library.
