FIT FOR LIFE program at Dover Library
The event
Registration is open for the winter session of the Fit For Life program. The hour-long program will be held at Dover Library on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30pm, beginning January 16th. The program is presented by Dr. Timothy McKnight and his staff from Trinity Hospital Twin City Medical Center. The goal of this 12-week program is to educate, motivate and inspire people to make the lifestyle changes necessary to achieve overall wellness and lead happier, healthier, and more productive lives.
