Mindfulness Wellness session at Dover Public Library
The second session of a 4-part series about mindfulness in the Community Room on Monday, March 7th at 6:30pm. This session will focus on breathing as a cornerstone of mindfulness while exploring a variety of breathing exercises and techniques.
The sessions in April and May will help people become more aware of intentional, thoughtful eating and insights to incorporate mindfulness into all aspects of life, respectively. Register at DoverLibrary.org or call 330-343-6123.
