Award-winning author and pop culture historian Marty Gitlin will discuss The 100 Greatest Cartoon Characters of All-Time on Thursday, June 16th at 6:30pm at the Main Library in New Philadelphia. Gitlin will show funny cartoon snippets of characters from the past century, play trivia with attendees, discuss the criteria he used to rank the best of the best, and speak about their impact on American pop culture at this Free program for all ages.
