Tai Chi program at Dover Library

The event

Instructor Cathleen Misko will present a 4-part series entitled “Meditation in Motion” every Tuesday morning during the month of June at the Dover Library. Tai Chi is the practice of gentle movement and stretches designed to improve flexibility, strength and balance. Participants may choose to engage in the slow gentle movements either from a standing position or while sitting in a chair. These sessions will be held every Tuesday morning in June beginning at 11am. Register online at
