The TUFF BAGS program is having a rummage sale on Saturday, July 15th, from 8am to 3pm. All proceeds will benefit the program that helps feed school aged children in Tuscarawas County. It will be held in the TUFF BAGS facility (1060 Cookson Avenue southeast) in New Philadelphia.
